Trent Bridge pours beer and wine from 7 to 10 October, then fireworks run from Radcliffe on 1 November to Trent Bridge on 8 November. 42 dated listings.

Trent Bridge has the two biggest dates of the next six weeks. The Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival and a new wine festival share the ground from Wednesday 7 to Saturday 10 October. Then the fireworks run across the borough: Radcliffe on Sunday 1 November, Trent Bridge on Friday 6, Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November, and Ruddington and Bingham on the Saturday too.

Updated 3 October: Radcliffe’s and Bingham’s fireworks, the racecourse’s Halloween night and Bingham’s Remembrance timings are new; the Trick or Treat Train has sold out.

Between those, West Bridgford Library has two jazz nights and a run of author events, Nottingham Rugby play two Friday night home games at Lady Bay, and Ruddington’s museum fills most Saturdays.

Every listing below was read from the organiser’s own page and rechecked on 3 October 2026, and links back to it. Prices appear only where the organiser publishes them. Dates can change, so use the link before you set off. For places that are open whatever the month, see our guide to things to do in West Bridgford.

Ruddington is a bus ride away: the parkrun course page names Nottingham City Transport’s route 10 to The Green.

If you are driving, our page on parking in West Bridgford has the tariffs. Check the roadworks and travel page before an evening trip, and note that Lady Bay Bridge can close on Forest matchdays.
